**Returns**
If you have received a damaged item, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with a photo of the damaged product.
Once your item is used or opened from its original packaging, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons.
Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns or damaged products.
We do not accept returns for customers who change their minds about a received item.

**Delivery Time**
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 15:00 hours will be attempted to be shipped the same day. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to meet this deadline; sometimes, products may be out of stock, causing a slightly longer delivery time.
